A local accounting firm in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and managing payroll. Candidates should have basic knowledge in accounts payable and invoice handling, with an emphasis on immediate availability. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents
Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Prepare and reconcile customer statements and payment reports.
Process monthly payroll and handle staff claims, director claims
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts roles
Basic knowledge of accounts payable and invoice handling
Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
