Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain QA/QC systems in compliance with ISO, IATF 16949, RBA, and Malaysian regulatory standards.
• Oversee inspections, testing methods, PPAP/FAI/ISIR submissions, and ensure product quality at all stages.
• Manage internal, customer, and supplier audits; drive timely closure of nonconformities and improvement actions.
• Analyze quality data (SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk) to identify trends and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints (8D), supplier quality issues, and maintain all essential QMS documentation.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to enhance process capability, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in QA/QC, preferably in metal stamping, automotive, or plastic molding industries.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Familiar with Malaysian regulatory bodies: SIRIM, DOE, DOSH.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively with customers, suppliers, auditors, and cross‑functional teams.
