Job summary

A leading global technology company is seeking a technician responsible for functional testing, diagnosing, and repairing printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure compliance with quality standards. Candidates should have at least a diploma in Electronics or a relevant field, coupled with over 2 years of experience in testing electronic components. Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and a strong understanding of circuit principles is essential. Experience in a contract manufacturing environment is preferred and knowledge of IPC standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies at the board level.
• Experience working with RF or high-speed digital circuits is a plus.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing on PCB assemblies using test fixtures.
• Document failure modes, repair actions, and test results accurately.
• Assist in the development and improvement of test processes.
