Job summary

A property management company in Johor Bahru is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of apartments. The role requires performing general cleaning tasks, managing amenities, and ensuring guest readiness. Candidates with experience in apartment maintenance or Airbnb turnover are preferred. This position involves working six days a week with designated hours from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests and tenants.

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness in apartments or Airbnb turnover is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas.
• Change bed linens, towels, and restock basic amenities.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry as required.
• Dispose of rubbish and ensure proper waste management.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items immediately.
• Follow cleaning checklists and SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
• Handle basic cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Ensure units are guest-ready within the required timeframe.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks when scheduled.
