Job Summary
To execute the strategies and provide sales support to internal and external stakeholders in delivering the division/region’s targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets assigned by the company.
- Provide updates to the agency force on the company's latest developments and compliance matters.
- Execute agency transformation activities to achieve a high productivity agency force.
- Provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage, track, and monitor agencies’ performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with agency leaders and agents to ensure their performance is on track.
- Motivate, coach, and provide timely support to the agency force to achieve production targets.
- Build good business relationships with the agency force through regular visitations.
- Ensure compliance is upheld in conducting life insurance business.
- Conduct relevant training for the agency force.
- Plan and organize activities that drive productivity.
Key Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any discipline.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Result-driven, able to achieve targets, and capable of working independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with agencies and management.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good presentation skills and basic Excel/report analytical skills.
- A team player.
- Must possess own transport.
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
