You will act as the go‑to expert for React and Node.js solutions, shaping technical standards while guiding delivery across complex projects. Working in a highly collaborative, remote‑first environment, you will influence architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices. Accountabilities
  • Act as the technical lead for full‑stack applications built with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend architectures using Node.js frameworks
  • Contribute to and enforce coding standards, tooling, and technical best practices across projects
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into high‑quality solutions
  • Lead code reviews, promote reusable components, and ensure high test coverage and reliability
  • Support architectural decisions around databases, integrations, authentication, and cloud services
  • Mentor engineers and actively participate in Agile delivery, estimation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Solid backend experience with Node.js frameworks and PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience with GitHub and modern development workflows
  • Strong understanding of unit testing practices, including Jest
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery environments
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
  • Nice to have experience with NestJS or Express.js, schema validation, cloud services, CI/CD, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Python for ETL, or SSO integrations
