Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with a portfolio are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills
- Strong foundation in UX principles, visual design, typography, color theory, layout, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in prototyping design tools such as Figma.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Experience designing for responsive web & mobile applications.
- Skilled in creating production‑ready, high‑fidelity UI designs.
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
Soft Skills
- Proactive communication and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Capability to manage stakeholder expectations, set a clear vision, and secure cross‑functional alignment.

- Ability to prepare developer‑friendly assets, documentation, and interaction guidelines.
- Understanding of API‑based workflows and data representation in UI.
- Ability to review simple front‑end code structures to ensure design feasibility.
- Experience analyzing content or UI performance data to inform design improvements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding user experience by translating complicated processes into simple, accessible, and high‑performing interface designs.
- Design user‑centered UI/UX solutions including wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes based on product and business requirements.
- Plan and facilitate design‑thinking brainstorming sessions to support ideation and creation of UX artifacts for product scoping and delivery planning.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive designs for web (desktop & mobile), mobile applications, admin panels, and digital materials.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI components, and visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct usability testing, research, and analysis to validate design decisions and continuously improve user experience.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery.
- Stay up‑to‑date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of design standards.
- Design digital assets such as banners, images, icons, presentations, reports, and promotional visuals.
