  • Perform troubleshooting for technical and account‑related issues, escalating complex cases as per established protocols.
  • Efficiently operate multiple systems and platforms to access information and provide solutions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Selected candidates will undergo a language assessment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • At least 1 year of experience within the mobile gaming industry (preferred).
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
  • Must possess a reliable personal laptop and a stable, high‑speed internet connection.
