Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Prepare job orders and clearly explain service recommendations, timelines, and processes
  • Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion
  • Update customers on service progress and handle follow-ups professionally
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering clear communication and attentive service
  • Handle basic administrative tasks related to service documentation and records
  • Support the service team in maintaining showroom and service centre standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Basic knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple customers
  • Computer literate (service system experience is an advantage)
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in automotive aftersales are encouraged to apply
