Headhunting Consultant – Malaysia (Remote / Work from Home)
1、Analyze client company needs, develop talent search strategies, and identify target companies and candidates.
2、Source, interview, and recommend suitable candidates efficiently through multiple channels, including the company database, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
3、Coordinate client interviews, provide guidance on salary negotiations, and follow up on the entire resignation and onboarding process to ensure candidates join successfully.
4、Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and placed candidates, maintain long-term relationships, and promote repeat business and referrals.
1、Malaysian Chinese; fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of conducting bilingual interviews and salary negotiations.
2、Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
3、Strong intrinsic motivation, high resilience under pressure, and willingness to build a long-term career in the headhunting industry.
4、Strong learning ability, execution skills, and communication skills, with high self-discipline for remote work.
