A leading manufacturing company in Shah Alam is seeking candidates for a role focused on CMM programming for casting and machining parts. Responsibilities include preparing advance programming, measuring parts, and contributing to process improvements. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in engineering, with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Benefits include medical coverage and allowances.

Responsibilities
- Prepare advance CMM programming for casting/machining parts.
- Measure casting and machining parts.
- Check/compare old and new revision of cavity parts.
Skills
Education
- Diploma in any Engineering Discipline
- Diploma fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years working experience in Manufacturing environment
- Able to interpret technical (mechanical) drawing is an added advantage
- Preferable experience with Microsoft Excel and computer literate
- To prepare advance CMM programming for casting/machining parts
- To prepare dimension identification (ID) on drawing
- To receive and convert CAD data to CMM for measuring preparation (windows only) for hog-outs, casting part and high complexity parts
- To measure casting and machining parts
- To identify and re-measure for NG dimensions
- To identify and prepare CMM jigs concept design
- To feedback NG dimensions to Development Engineer and process owner for process improvement
- To check/compare old and new revision - old new cavity parts
- To convert windows base CMM program to DOS base
- To perform non - CMM measurement
- To conduct training and handover CMM programs to Production QA team
- To continuous improvement via new measuring method to reduce tuning iteration
