Qualifications

• Perform general repairs on hotel facilities and furniture.
• Conduct minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and AC maintenance.
• Support upkeep of HVAC and refrigeration units.

Job description

Perform general repairs and maintenance on hotel facilities, furniture, doors, windows, and fixtures.

Conduct minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air-conditioning maintenance.

Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and ensure all systems are in top working condition.

Maintain and service lighting fixtures, UPS systems, motors, and control systems.

Support upkeep of HVAC and refrigeration units, ensuring guest comfort at all times.

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage in daily operations.

Uphold safety standards and follow hotel Fire, Health, and Hygiene policies.

Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure a professional appearance at all times.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Manager.
