Key Responsibilities

• Maintain plants and lawns – water, trim, and care for trees, shrubs, and gardens daily.
• Check site regularly – inspect plants, irrigation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Fix problems – identify issues like plant health or irrigation faults and coordinate repairs.
• Work with contractors – ensure their work meets quality and schedule requirements.
• Improve landscapes – help with planting, seasonal themes, and beautification projects.
• Manage irrigation systems – check operation, report faults, and arrange maintenance.
• Pest and disease control – monitor plant health and coordinate treatments when needed.
• Manage materials – keep track of fertilizers, soil, tools, and other landscaping materials.
• Follow safety rules – ensure all work is safe and hazard-free.
• Record keeping – update maintenance records, inspection reports, and monthly reports.
• Support building requests – assist other departments with landscape-related needs.

Requirements
