Job description
RINGKASAN KERJA

Jawatan ini adalah untuk menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran harian dalam pelaksanaan dasar sumber manusia, prosedur, dan memastikan operasi pejabat lancar termasuk menyelenggara rekod kakitangan, mengurus dokumen HR (cth, rekod pekerjaan dan panduan onboarding) dan mengemas kini pangkalan data dalaman. Calon ideal kami mempunyai pengalaman dengan prosedur HR dan boleh menyesuaikan pelbagai tugas pentadbiran tepat pada masanya.

TUGAS

  • Membangunkan dan melaksanakan pelan kakitangan yang sejajar dengan keperluan operasi perniagaan.
  • Pembangunan Dasar & Proses: Wujudkan semua polisi, prosedur dan buku panduan kakitangan jabatan selaras dengan peraturan buruh Malaysia.
  • Pampasan & Faedah: Mereka bentuk struktur gaji, faedah dan insentif untuk menarik dan mengekalkan bakat terbaik.
  • Pematuhan Peraturan: Memastikan pematuhan kepada Undang-undang Pekerjaan Malaysia, piawaian akreditasi.
  • Perhubungan & Penglibatan Pekerja: Memupuk budaya kerja yang positif dan menangani sebarang kebimbangan HR secara proaktif.
  • Pengurusan HR Operasi: Mengawasi fungsi HR harian, termasuk senarai gaji, kehadiran dan pengurusan prestasi.
  • Latihan & Pembangunan: Membangunkan program latihan berterusan untuk kakitangan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran.
  • Pengurusan Prestasi: Laksanakan KPI dan sistem penilaian untuk mengesan prestasi pekerja dan pertumbuhan kerjaya.
  • Kebajikan & Penglibatan Pekerja: Memacu inisiatif penglibatan pekerja untuk mengekalkan semangat dan produktiviti.
  • Penyelesaian Konflik & Pengendalian Aduan: Menangani kebimbangan pekerja, menengahi pertikaian dan memastikan persekitaran kerja yang harmoni.
  • Perancangan Pengekalan & Penggantian: Membangunkan strategi pengekalan dan rancangan penggantian untuk peranan kritikal.


KEPERLUAN

  • Sekurang-kurangnya Diploma / Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pengurusan, atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Sekurang-kurangnya 3-5 tahun pengalaman dalam sokongan pentadbiran, sumber manusia, atau peranan yang berkaitan.
  • Keupayaan untuk berbilang tugas dan mengutamakan beban kerja harian (didorong oleh hasil)
  • Kemahiran komunikasi yang sangat baik
  • Pelbagai tugas, bijak dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari (mengendalikan tekanan dengan baik)
  • Pengalaman dengan perisian pengurusan pejabat seperti Microsoft 365 Business
  • Mesti mempunyai pengetahuan dalam EA 1955 dan IR 1967
