Role Overview

As a Functional Consultant (Fresher), you will be part of our implementation team supporting global HR and Payroll projects. You will work closely with senior consultants to understand client business processes, configure the Ramco HCM system, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are eager to start their career in HR technology and consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in understanding client business needs and HR processes.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Support the configuration and testing of HR and Payroll modules.
  • Help prepare training materials and support user training sessions.
  • Assist consultants during solution demonstrations and client meetings.
  • Provide support during system testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams for issue resolution.
What You’ll Learn
