Job Descriptions

• Plan, develop, and implement HR communications, employee engagement campaigns, and initiatives.
• Coordinate and support corporate events, communication campaigns, and engagement activities, including event design, setup, and administration.
• Produce and curate high-quality content for internal and external channels, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to approval processes.
• Manage communication channels and related content, liaising with content owners, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Support video production projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Assist in developing and institutionalizing communication guidelines, SOPs, and best practices, including monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Provide ad hoc support for Communication and Employee Engagement teams.

Requirements

• A degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or similar roles.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and organizational skills.
• A creative mindset and passion for connecting people through communication.
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South.
