Description
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they complete necessary documentation and have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, and policy clarifications.
  • Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, including tracking employee goals and performance reviews.
  • Provide support in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, attendance, and performance records.
  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate recording of attendance, leave, and other payroll-related data.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
