  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and craft smart, effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract top talent across multiple channels
  • Provide valuable hiring insights, recommendations, and candidate evaluations to support better decision-making.
  • Support candidates through documentation and pre-onboarding to ensure a smooth start to their journey with us.
  • Represent our employer brand at job fairs, networking sessions, and recruitment events.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Manage and collaborate with recruitment vendors to deliver quality hires efficiently.
  • Contribute to exciting HR projects and initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Skills for Success:
