Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and mass hiring is an advantage.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings to interviews.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs.
  • Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract top talent.
  • Provide valuable hiring insights to support better decision-making.
  • Support candidates through documentation and pre-onboarding.
  • Represent our employer brand at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Manage and collaborate with recruitment vendors.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
