Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and databases.
  • Handle attendance tracking, leave applications, and related HR administrative tasks.
  • Support new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding including resignation paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and assist in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Help plan and organize company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in other HR functions as required by the team.
