We are representing a client who specialize in Air Filter and as they expanding, they are looking for HR Executive to join the team in Puchong.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting talent: This involves identifying qualified candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals. They may also write compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Screening resumes and applications: HR Generalists shortlist qualified candidates based on experience, skills, and education.
  • Conducting interviews: They may participate in phone screenings, initial interviews, and even final panel interviews depending on the role.
  • Making and negotiating job offers: HR Generalists ensure offers are competitive and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Onboarding new hires: This involves paperwork, introductions to the team, and ensuring new employees understand company culture and expectations.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures: This might involve creating guidelines for everything from vacation and sick leave to performance management and disciplinary action.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations: HR Generalists stay updated on employment laws and ensure the company adheres to them.
  • HR Documentations: Prepare HR related documents/ letters including offer letter, termination letter, warning letter etc.
  • Performance Management: Assist the stakeholders on disciplinary matters.

Requirements:

  • Candidate at least possess Diploma/ Degree in relevant field.
  • Min 1 year of working experience in HR field.
  • Candidate experienced in Recruitment and HR documentations.
  • Candidate able to work independently.

Working Hour:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am 6:00pm
Friday 8:30am 5:00pm
