- Maintain operations policies, procedures, safety, and regulations.
- Perform maintenance and housekeeping of depot or retail assets.

- To assist in the management of the depot or retail to ensure optimum stock level, order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- To produce and prepare quality products in accordance to FIFO procedure with minimal stock inventory variance.
- To train new personnel on job functions & roles in order to meet the depot or retail standards & requirements.
- To manage collections by drivers, cash sales at the depot & retail outlet, including banking functions.
- To perform administrative functions in order to ensure smooth operations of the depot or retail.
- To maintain operations policies, procedures, safety & regulations.
- To perform maintenance & housekeeping of depot or retail assets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
