As the Unit Head of the Account Origination Unit, you will lead and manage teams responsible for the pre‑screening and pre‑processing of unsecured loan applications, including managing outsourcing service providers. Your responsibilities include pre‑screening, income computation, risk ranking, verification, card personalization, and delivery. You will ensure operational excellence, compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and support both business and operational initiatives to drive growth, enhance efficiency and productivity, and improve the overall customer experience.
