A leading agribusiness group in Southeast Asia is seeking a Finance Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing various accounting functions. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, a minimum of 3 years experience in finance roles, and strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Objective:
The Finance Manager is responsible to supervise the financial operation & processes of the Company and assist HOD to manage the full spectrum of finance of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all the Accounting & Treasury Functions.
Responsibility for overall reporting comply with applicable accounting standards, rules and regulation. Ensure all the general ledger are updated timely, accurately and processed in accordance to the financial policies and established procedures.
Ensure Balance Sheets accounts reconciled on a periodic and timely basis to verify that all items are correctly posted to the account within the guidelines of the stated purpose of the account.
Ensure accounting function and process alignment throughout all divisions of the Company.
Prepare budgets, business plan, periodic projection and current/ deferred tax computation.
Provide support to operation (Costing, HR, Purchasing, etc.),through financial information analyses.
Working with own team and/ or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities. (e.g.: automation of certain process).
Perform all other duties as assigned and required by superior that are within the scope of responsibility.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy, ACCA & CIMA.
Minimum of 3 years working experience of Finance / Accounting Roles.
Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Strong Analytical skills, proficiency in Finance software, PowerPoint, Power BI & Excellent communication abilities.
A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Compensations and Benefits:
Salary is Negotiable (Based on work experience)
3 times a year, 2 ways ticket Manila to Malaysia & vice versa be provided
All Local Taxes on salary will be absorb by company
All the expenses incurred for Work Permit will be take care by company.
