Job summary
A leading multinational automotive company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Executive/Sr. Executive specializing in Payroll and C&B. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of payroll experience. The position offers a salary of up to RM8,000.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR/Mathematics/Accounting.
- Preferred 2-5 years of payroll experience.
- Independent, meticulous, time-conscious, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration.
- Process in-house payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and submit Payroll Reports and Statutory Reports.

Our client is a well known MNC automotive company with established brands in the ASEAN region. They are currently looking for a HR Payroll / C&B Specialist to be based in their KL Office. The inicumbent will support payroll operations in Malaysia and also the markets in the ASEA region.
Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free
- Process in-house payroll , review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations
- Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits
- Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports
- Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation
- Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training
- At least a Bachelors Degree in Business/HR/Mathematics/Accounting
- Preferred 2 - 5 years of payroll experience
- An appetite to learn
- Independent, meticulous, time-conscious and organized
- Able to work in a team
- Have used SAP HRsystem before is a plus.
