Our client is a well known MNC automotive company with established brands in the ASEAN region. They are currently looking for a HR Payroll / C&B Specialist to be based in their KL Office. The inicumbent will support payroll operations in Malaysia and also the markets in the ASEA region.

Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free

  • Process in-house payroll , review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations
  • Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits
  • Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports
  • Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation
  • Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training
Job Requirements
  • At least a Bachelors Degree in Business/HR/Mathematics/Accounting
  • Preferred 2 - 5 years of payroll experience
  • An appetite to learn
  • Independent, meticulous, time-conscious and organized
  • Able to work in a team
  • Have used SAP HRsystem before is a plus.
