Indium Corporation is a world leading US Company providing and marketing specialty chemical and alloys for use in the electronic industry. We have sales, marketing and manufacturing facilities in USA, UK, Singapore, China, South Korea, India and Malaysia.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across our Asia sites. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in shaping people strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and corporate standards.

You will partner closely with business leaders and site HR teams across multiple countries to align HR practices with business priorities, while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HR operations across assigned Asia countries, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with global HR policies.
  • Provide HR support to off-site and home-based employees across the region.
  • Partner with country HR managers to implement strategies in talent development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management to support organizational growth and change management initiatives.
  • Drive regional HR initiatives such as succession planning, capability building, workforce planning, and RBA/labour compliance.
  • Review and harmonize HR policies to ensure competitiveness and adherence to local statutory requirements.
  • Oversee annual processes including salary reviews, promotions, and workforce budgeting.
  • Support cross-border assignments, internal mobility, regional leadership development.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted HR advisor for key decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a regional role.
  • Proven experience in leading multi-country HR operations, preferably within manufacturing or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of Asia labour regulations, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, and Korea.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
