About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Operation Support to join our growing team!
In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, attendance monitoring, and workforce management. You will also collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across all levels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.
  • Manage job postings across various online platforms and track candidate applications.
  • Prepare and format candidate resumes and profiles for client submission.
  • Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and leave records.
  • Coordinate worker placements across departments or client sites as needed.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and labour regulations.
3. Client & Employee Coordination
  • Communicate with clients to understand their workforce requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and worker status.
  • Support employees on HR-related inquiries and administrative matters.
4. Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment and workforce updates.
  • Support additional HR or administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements

Salary Range:
