Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Marketing CRM Manager. The successful candidate will develop and manage marketing CRM frameworks, analyze performance trends, and lead marketing performance reporting. Required are at least 3-5 years of experience in CRM and marketing analytics, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics. Requirement
  • Mininum 3-5 years in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or performance related Experience
  • Exposure to Travel, Royalty or E-Commerce is a plus point
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze, Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Capable of presenting data stories to both marketing and non-marketing audience
  • Experience in BPO center with skills above is a strong advantage
Responsibility
  • Develop and manage marketing CRM Frameworks that consolidates campaign across regions, brands and channels
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly marketing performance report shared with senior leaderships and the organisation
  • Analyze performance trends across regions (APAC, AU/ANZ, ME, EU) and identify growth opportunities
    • Partner with branch leads to embed data driven thinking into campaign planning and post-campaign reviews
