United Science and Education Press Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to join our growing team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and solutions to our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to support the company's objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and termination.
Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation and payroll.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Contribute to the development of the company's talent management strategy.
What we're looking for
Minimum 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the education or publishing industry.
Excellent command of both English and Mandarin languages, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
