Qualifications

  • Open for Malaysian only.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / 'O' Level / STPM / 'A' Level, any field.
  • Managerial position: Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Non-managerial position: Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Highly motivated with good insight into customer service.
  • Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work according to retail hours, weekends, public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Be on top of brands’ product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of current promotions, best seller items.
  • Involved with Visual Merchandising team to guarantee store is in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales target by increasing UPT & ATV.
  • Ensure Store Opening, Closing, and sales transactions align with SOP.
  • Proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins, and items within the store.
  • Work with inventory & merchandising team to ensure floor inventory and stocks have no losses.
  • Represent the company by complying with Brand standards.

Job Responsibilities
