A major insurance firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Claims Manager to lead the financial lines claims portfolio. Responsibilities include overseeing claims handling, ensuring compliance, and fostering stakeholder engagement. Provide leadership, direction and coordination of operational activities within the team, including driving change and optimizing service delivery. Jobs responsible for or involved in all stages of insurance claims handling and settlement including claims processing/data entry, claims customer support, claims adjusting, claims investigations and case management.
To lead and manage the financial lines claims portfolio, ensuring timely, fair, and accurate claims handling in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards. This role will also support strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
