We are a well established Electric Induction Motor company specializing in the manufacturing & marketing of TECO brand motor. TECO products have firmly established itself as a leader in the field of Electric & Machinery in the Asian region for over 40 years. We are also an Internet Data Center Contractor and some of our major customers are Google, Amazon & Microsoft. This is a full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Therefore, we are seeking Talented Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive (to be based in Penang & Sarawak), you’ll drive revenue growth by building relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Sales development and products promotion in Penang & Sarawak.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities in Penang & Sarawak through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • To develop and maintain existing customers.
  • Visit potential customer and follow-up on confirmation orders and debts collection.
  • Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

  • Availability to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events, as needed.

  • Must possess with own transport & valid driving licence.
