As a Production Manager (Construction) at Klitz Vibrant Imported Kitchens Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a range of residential and commercial kitchen installation projects. Based in Simpang Ampat, Penang, this full-time position will see you managing all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide the successful completion of kitchen installation projects
• Coordinating and managing the work of cross-functional teams, including kitchen designers, installers, and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with the final product
• Maintaining detailed project documentation and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager (Construction) in the construction or kitchen installation industry
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana
• Knowledge of kitchen design, installation, and material selection
• Familiar with relevant construction regulations and safety standards
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experienced in aluminium project / cabinet project management
