Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

8:00am to 1:00pm (Alternate Saturday)

Reports To: Site Supervisor & General Manager

Job Purpose

To support site operations by assisting the Site Supervisor in daily coordination of work activities and performing safe, timely transportation of construction materials, equipment, and waste using company lorry. Ensures smooth workflow, site safety, and efficient logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• A. Supervisory & Site Support
  • Assist the Site Supervisor in planning and coordinating daily work activities.
  • Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
  • Report site issues, delays, and safety risks to the supervisor.
  • Help prepare daily progress reports, material usage records, and attendance of workers.
  • Ensure all works follow safety regulations, method statements, and company standards.
  • Support quality control checks and site inspections.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site.
• B. Lorry Driving & Logistics
  • Operate company lorry to transport materials to and from construction sites.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Load and unload materials safely using correct procedures.
  • Ensure materials delivered match delivery orders and site requirements.
  • Follow approved routes, schedules, and safety rules while driving.
  • Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
  • Keep the lorry clean, well-maintained, and compliant with regulations.

Requirements

• Qualifications
  • Minimum Secondary school education (SPM/O-level or equivalent).
  • Valid driving license for 5 tons lorry.
  • To speak and write in English, Malay.
• Experience
  • 1–3 years relevant site operations experience preferred.
  • Experience driving lorries.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
  • Physically fit to perform site duties and manual lifting when required.
