Accounts Executive: Property Development Finance
Job summary
A leading property development firm in Ipoh is seeking a full-time accounting professional. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, maintaining transaction records, and liaising with auditors. Candidates must have at least a CAT/LCCI/Diploma/Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and two years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software is essential. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Qualifications
- Minimum working 2 years in accounting field preferred, fresh graduates encouraged.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare AR & AP ageing reports and other financial reports.
- Maintain and update daily transactions into the system.
- Prepare payments ensuring details are correct.
- Prepare reconciliations including payroll, bank, AR, and AP.
- Update daily cash flow report ensuring sufficient funds.
- Liaise with internal auditor, suppliers, and management.
