Qualifications

• Minimum working 2 years in accounting field preferred, fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AR & AP ageing reports and other financial reports.
• Maintain and update daily transactions into the system.
• Prepare payments ensuring details are correct.
• Prepare reconciliations including payroll, bank, AR, and AP.
• Update daily cash flow report ensuring sufficient funds.
• Liaise with internal auditor, suppliers, and management.
