Key Responsibilities: Pre-Billing Operations
- Data Verification: Gather and validate billing information from internal systems and databases.
- Billing Accuracy: Review pre-billing reports, identify discrepancies, and make corrections as necessary.
- Invoicing Calculations: Ensure accurate billing calculations based on contract terms, pricing agreements, and service delivery metrics.
- Cross‑Check Data: Validate calculations against client agreements and internal standards to ensure alignment.
- Issue Resolution: Address any inconsistencies or errors in billing and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all pre‑billing activities and ensure proper documentation.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the pre‑billing procedures.
Commercial Process Excellence & Execution
- Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with sales operations processes, policies, and SLAs.
- Salesforce CRM: Collaborate with Country Operations and Commercial teams to onboard, adopt, and maintain the usage of Salesforce CRM (SFDC), ensuring data quality and governance.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and support the data integrity of Key Account Managers, Inside Sales, and Channel Partner teams to ensure CRM data meets recommended SOPs.
- Ad Hoc Sales Operations Tasks: Assist with various sales operations projects and tasks as required to ensure smooth business execution.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Experience: 2‑4 years of experience in business operations, with a focus on finance or related fields in fast‑paced B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate, or start‑up environments.
- Data Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable with data analysis, data cleaning, and organizing complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to engage with regional stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a track record of exceeding expectations in operational performance.
- Soft Skills: Ambitious, self‑driven, and motivated to succeed. Able to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
