A leading transportation service provider in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional driver to ensure secure and punctual transport for executives and authorized personnel. The role involves managing travel logistics, maintaining vehicle standards, and prioritizing discretion and confidentiality. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of driving experience, exceptional time management skills, and knowledge of local road networks. This position offers competitive compensation with overtime for ad-hoc duties.
Provide secure and punctual transportation for the CEO, the CEO's family, and authorized personnel to and from business meetings, airports, and official functions, adhering strictly to scheduled itineraries.
Manage travel logistics, including route planning, checking traffic conditions, and adjusting routes to ensure optimal travel time.
To inform duration and ETA of the ride before departure.
Remain flexible to accommodate last‑minute changes to schedules and occasional outstation or weekend travel needs.
When transport duties are not allocated, assist the Finance department with the secure and timely dispatch of sensitive bank and corporate documents.
Perform ad hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Ensure the assigned vehicle and / or company vehicle are always clean, well‑maintained, and in excellent operating condition.
Regularly monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel levels, oil changes, tire rotations, and insurance / registration renewal deadlines.
Handle vehicle administrative tasks, including logging trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs accurately.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality regarding all passengers and company business discussed during transport.
Assist with light administrative and logistical tasks as directed by the CEO’s Personal Assistant (e.g., delivering urgent documents, making minor pickups).
Adhere to all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
Excellent knowledge of Waze usage and local geography and road networks in Malaysia in general.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
Basic mechanical knowledge to handle minor vehicle issues is an added advantage.
Monday to Saturday (10am to 6pm)
Any ad‑hoc schedules will be informed in advance with overtime pay + meal allowance
