Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of credit and marketing experience.
- Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve objectives.
- Drive marketing activities to achieve targets.
- Build customer relationships and expand market reach.
Skills
- Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve Group Business Banking’s objectives and targets.
- Drive the marketing activities of Group Business Banking’s products and services to achieve target for interest and fee-based.
- Proactively identify business opportunities, build customer relationship and expand market reach by delivering excellent services.
- Monitor compliance to guidelines, policies, and procedures towards achieving operational excellence.
- Report team performance and elevate issues that require the attention of management.
- Lead and guide PLM Mobile Team members to ensure effective coordination and drive cross‑selling activities.
- Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
- Minimum 5 years of credit and marketing experience
- Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good financial and business analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
