Responsibilities

• Carry out audit works for both Listed and Non-listed entities incorporated in Hong Kong.
• Conduct special projects such as HK and US IPO and financial due diligence.
• Review internal controls for Listed entities in Hong Kong.
• Travel for audit and IPO engagements as necessary.

Visionwide Consultancy Sdn Bhd is an accounting & consulting firm (ICAEW & ACCA Approved Employer) based in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai with network firms across Southeast Asia. We provide one-stop corporate services (company formation, accounting and tax), ESG advisory, HK/US/Malaysia IPO consulting, cross border M&A and trade/investments across Asia Pacific.

Major roles and responsibilities

• To carry out audit works for both Listed and Non-listed entities incorporated in Hong Kong;
• To carry out special projects such as HK and US IPO and financial due diligence;
• To carry out internal controls review for Listed entities in Hong Kong;
• To travel to Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia Pacific for audit and IPO engagements as and when necessary.
