Job description
1. Strategic Planning & Market Development

Develop and execute the township’s business development strategy to attract key businesses, institutions, and service providers.

Identify market trends, investment opportunities, and potential tenants to enhance the township’s ecosystem.

Create targeted sector plans for healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, fuel, and EV charging services.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

Build relationships with investors, corporate partners, government agencies, and industry bodies.

Negotiate lease agreements, joint ventures, and partnership contracts.

Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with zoning, licensing, and operational requirements.

Secure anchor tenants (e.g., hospital operators, universities, retail brands, fuel providers, EV charging operators).

Coordinate tenant mix to ensure synergy between healthcare, education, commercial, and community services.

Oversee onboarding and support for new tenants to ensure smooth operational setup.

4. Marketing & Brand Development

Develop marketing strategies to position the township as a preferred destination for living, learning, healthcare, and commerce.

Organize promotional campaigns, events, and investment showcases to attract stakeholders.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-impact promotional materials.

5. Financial & Performance Monitoring

Prepare and manage the business development budget.

Monitor commercial KPIs such as occupancy rates, revenue growth, and investment inflows.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management on business development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
