Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Engagement
  • Acquire new customers via outbound tele‑calling.
  • Engage existing clients to deepen relationships and promote cross‑selling or up‑selling of banking products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans).
  • Follow up on online leads and form drop‑offs to convert into successful sales.
  • Sales Execution
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct needs‑based conversations to recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Product Knowledge & Compliance
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of retail banking products and digital offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and the Group’s Code of Conduct.
  • Collect and verify client information in accordance with KYC and verification protocols.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Utilize dialers and lead management systems effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales Support, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on client insights and market trends to improve sales strategies.
