We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Account & Tax Assistant to join our team at IBS CORPORATE ADVISORY SDN BHD' in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and tax services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and filing tax returns, including income tax, SST and payroll tax
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Providing administrative support to the accounting and tax teams
• Conducting research and analysis to support tax planning and compliance
• Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders as needed

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar accounting or tax assistant role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets and other relevant tools
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
