You’re a strategic, delivery-focused leader who thrives at the intersection of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. You bring clarity to complexity, align cross-functional teams around shared goals, and create the structure and context people need to do their best work. Data-driven and commercially aware, you use market insights and performance metrics to shape practical, well-formed recommendations across marketing, branding, e-commerce, and product initiatives. Above all, you take pride in turning strategy into action: keeping priorities clear, teams aligned, and programs moving forward day by day to deliver meaningful results.
Highlights of What You’ll Do
Product Oriented Delivery ("POD") Leadership
- Own the overall POD delivery, ensuring workloads, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly defined, realistic, and consistently met
- Act as a POD Leader by creating the context, space, and structure for team members to be effective, collaborative, and engaged
- Establish clear priorities and ensure daily actions move the POD incrementally closer to defined goals
- Monitor execution risks and proactively address blockers, dependencies, or delivery challenges
- Review POD resourcing on an ongoing basis to ensure workload is balanced and sustainable; escape resourcing gaps or capacity risks to relevant functional leaders when additional support is required
Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication
- Align cross-functional team members (e.g., marketing, e-commerce, product, operations, analytics) around shared objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Ensure plans are coherent, integrated, and consistently communicated across functions
- Facilitate effective information sharing to reduce silos and ensure teams are working from a common understanding
- Serve as a central point of coordination between POD members, account managers, and clients
Strategy, Marketing, & E-Commerce Leadership
- Define and guide the overall marketing approach, brand positioning, and e-commerce strategy based on data, market trends, and performance insights
- Lead product innovation initiatives informed by market data, consumer demand trends, and competitive analysis
- Ensure strategic recommendations are grounded in commercial realities and aligned with client and organizational objectives
Client & Commercial Acumen
- Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their business context, objectives, and constraints
- Communicate client needs, feedback, and opportunities to account managers, or engage directly with clients when appropriate to drive clarity and outcomes
- Maintain awareness of client P&L considerations (without direct ownership) to ensure recommendations are commercially sound, practical, and value-driven
Reporting, Insights, & Optimization
- Consolidate reports and inputs from across the POD into clear, executive-level summaries
- Translate data and performance metrics into insights, implications, and recommended future actions
- Present outcomes, learnings, and optimization opportunities to senior management and stakeholders
- Use reporting insights to inform continuous improvement, future planning, and strategic refinement
