Job description

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator who can produce high‑traffic content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels. Your creativity will drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and digital storytelling, using both traditional content creation skills and AI tools to enhance your work.

What’s your role?

1. Content Creation for Social Media Platforms

• Create high‑quality videos and images tailored for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Ensure content is platform‑appropriate in format, tone, and visual style

2. Content Planning & Calendar Management

• Plan, organize, and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
• Align content schedules with marketing campaigns, promotions, and key brand activities

3. Social Media Posting & Performance Monitoring

• Manage daily content posting across all assigned social media platforms
• Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and views to support content optimization
• Attend events, outlet activations, and marketing campaigns (including weekends when required)
• Capture real‑time content and deliver fast turnaround posts for social media use
• Assist in coordinating with KOLs, content creators, and external vendors
• Support content execution to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives

6. Brand Visual Consistency & Quality Control

• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic, tone, and visual guidelines
• Maintain consistent quality across all platforms and content formats

7. Website Visual Support

• Provide basic visual support for the company website, including banners, images, and simple graphic updates
• Ensure visuals are aligned with overall brand identity and marketing direction

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree – Bachelor’s in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles
• Strong interest and hands‑on experience in content creation, with familiarity in short‑format video and social media trends
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, or similar software)
• Highly self‑driven, responsible, and able to work independently
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Bonus: Experience with AI content creation tools (e.g., Kling, Midjourney, Veo) is a plus
• Experience as a TikTok and Shopee live‑stream host
• Camera confidence – comfortable and engaging in front of camera
• Excellent selling, public speaking, and product presentation skills
• Disciplined, team‑oriented, eager to learn, and target‑driven attitude
