Our Marketing Team are on a mission to find an adaptable, motivated and performance driven Retail Marketing Executive for our in-line retail brands. This role is responsible for driving the development of retail marketing campaign activity across our brand and outlet retail stores, where you will manage all stages from briefing through to execution and reporting.

Job Description
  • Responsible for planning and execution of retail marketing campaign and activation
  • Set seasonal retail marketing calendar
  • Plan, brief and execute retail marketing campaigns with our store operations on branded campaigns
  • Directing visual merchandising toolkits and training, POS, and digital content
  • Conduct campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Manage all marketing materials, signage, and opening events for new store roll outs
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager for all campaigns and activations
  • Manage store PR and paid media activity to drive traffic and optimise campaign performance
  • Conduct market research to gain shopper insights to optimise in-store experience
  • Manage the Retail Marketing budget
  • Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in adhoc marketing tasks and projects as required
  • Handle and plan (feeds, activation, etc) all social media accounts to ensure that it's up to date and active
  • Works with other Retail functions (Merchandising, E-Com, Sales Floor, VM) to ensure stores have enough retail marketing support
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, community and public interest groups by writing press releases and other media and digital communications
  • Organizing live and outdoor events
  • Be based at retail stores for 1/2 days per week, and balance days in office
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail marketing or trade marketing
  • Tertiary Marketing qualifications are desirable
  • Strong campaign reporting experience, with the ability to draw insights from performance data
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience working to a marketing calendar, ensuring assets, and campaigns are coordinated on time, on brand and within budget
  • Energetic and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and has proven capacity to perform in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience working in retail store

  • Skills in digital design and creative media is desirable
  • Proactive and initiative mindset
