Qualifications

Requirements


  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience (fashion / accessories / FMCG preferred)

  • Prior experience leading or supervising a small retail team is an advantage

  • Strong sales-driven mindset with ability to drive KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion)

  • Confident communicator with leadership and coaching skills

  • Customer‑focused, results‑oriented, and able to work under pressure

  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

  • Basic computer literacy (POS system, MS Office)

  • Mandarin‑speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply



Responsibility

Sales & Performance



  • Drive and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Monitor and improve store KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate)

  • Lead by example on the sales floor and close key sales


Team Leadership



  • Supervise, guide, and motivate sales associates during shifts

  • Conduct daily briefings, coaching, and on‑the‑job training

  • Monitor staff performance, grooming, discipline, and attendance


Store Operations



  • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures

  • Ensure store visual standards and customer service excellence

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

  • Support inventory control and POS accuracy
