Job summary
A financial institution in Malaysia is looking for an Executive/Senior Executive in Relationship Management. This position involves marketing, soliciting, and credit evaluations for SME clients, while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of experience in SME or Business Banking. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in SME/Business Banking/Commercial banking.
- Experience in credit evaluation and analysis.
- Ability to structure financial solutions for SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct marketing and credit evaluation for business units.
- Propose suitable banking products for customers.
- Provide end-to-end customer relationship management.

Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Executive/Senior Executive, Relationship Management at our Kuala Lumpur Enterprise Centre.
- Marketing, solicit and credit evaluation for the network/business units.
- Propose suitable Bank’s products that fit customers’ business needs.
- Comply with internal and external standards, risk and compliance requirements in all financing application activities.
- Provide end-to-end customer relationship management which includes:
- Monitoring the completion of legal documentation, collection of Condition Precedent until disbursement of the financing.
- Plan, manage and monitor collection and post disbursement activities including conduct of Annual Review.
- Manage request for changes to terms of financing (pre and post disbursement).
- Ensure full compliance to all set external and internal rules, policies, standard operating procedures and client charters.
- Ensure that competency and motivation of staff in the region are kept at the highest level.
- To ensure staffs to comply and report on Anti Money Laundering (AMLA), frauds and defalcations (including attempted frauds) breaches of Employee Code Of Conduct, robberies & burglaries and any other matters deemed required from time to time.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/banking/business or other relevant background.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in SME/Business Banking/Commercial banking.
- Experience in credit evaluation/analysis/ability to analyse and understand financial statement and data.
- Ability to structure financial solutions and packaging to SMEs.
- Good interpersonal, negotiations and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the business environment and Malaysian economy.
