Job summary

A leading property management firm in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Property Management Executive/Senior Executive. The role involves attending to customer feedback, managing property defects, and ensuring smooth handover procedures. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Property Management with exposure in defects rectification.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to owners’ feedback professionally and provide reasonable alternatives.
• Follow up and document all building defects, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare for handing-over procedures and carry out inspections.
